Studio Appointments/Classes
Please call the studio reception desk at: 847.866.9655 to book your appointments.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions:
Private (1 client and 1 instructor) and Semi-Private (2 clients and 1 instructor) sessions are available by appointment Monday-Saturday.
Our New Client Introductory Offer:
For first time clients, we offer the first (3) sessions at our studio for the package price of $180. (a $225 value)
Sessions can be in PILATES, GYROTONICŪ, or GYROKINESISŪ you can also try one of each.
Group equipment classes (Trio's):
Pilates Reformer and Gyrotonic Pulley Tower group classes (3 clients and 1 instructor) are scheduled on a 'by request' basis. Please notify us if you are interested in joining an existing group or scheduling your own group equipment class.
Weekly Drop-In Classes and Intensive Series Classes:
Please contact the studio for more information on our current schedule of Weekly Drop-In Classes and Intensive Series Classes. Please email us with your requests!
Gift Certificates:
Always available in any dollar amount.
