Peter Myran (Certified Gyrotonic Instructor) Peter Myran developed his passion for fitness and movement as he approached his 50th birthday. Until then Peter had been primarily focused on his career in technology and finance. As he approached the milestone of 50 he became more concerned with his health and a painful back issue that he had stubbornly ignored over much of his adult life.
Undertaking a Pilates program and then yoga helped the back issue considerably. But it wasn’t until Peter discovered GYROTONIC® that he finally found the means to successfully move beyond the issue.
Peter has studied GYROTONIC® for four years with three excellent teachers, namely Kathleen Aharoni, and master teachers Alissa Seim and Juergen Bamberger. He certified in the method in the summer of 2006, and has been enjoying teaching since then. Peter is also certified on the Jumping/Stretch Board, Gyrotoner, and Archway/Ladder.

Jeff Rieber (Certified Gyrotonic, Pilates, Yoga Instructor): Growing up a dancer, it was a natural progression that lead Jeff to Pilates. He began his Pilates education at Long Beach Dance Conditioning under Marie Jose Blum Lawrence, and his GYROTONIC training under Master Trainer, Alissa Seim. In addition, he is also an accomplished yogi, having received his 500 hour advanced level certification under the guidance of Erika Faith at Cloud Nine Yoga. Welcome Jeff!
