Pre-requisites: All Pre-requisites must be fulfilled prior to the training according to the educational guidelines of Gyrotonic Headquarters.

Registration: To register for trainings please contact the studio directly by phone: 847.866.9655 or email: cnsgyrotonic@yahoo.com. A registration form will be mailed to you. Registration is only approved after the deposit has been received.

Deposits: All Trainings require a registration deposit, usually equal to the studio fee. If travel expenses are necessary for the instructor, an additional travel fee might be added to the studio fee/registration deposit.

Once we receive your registration and deposit, your spot in a training is secured. The remaining balance for all trainings is due on the first day of the course.

Attendance/Make-Up Sessions: It is mandatory to attend the entire course to be considered for a certificate. All students are expected to be present at all times. Make-up sessions are only for emergency circumstances and are subject to additional fees. Make-up sessions are also subject to the schedule of the Master Trainer and may not be available during the course of the training. Therefore, all students are expected to adjust their personal schedules in order to meet the attendence requirement for each course.

Cancellation Policy: Once registered, please let CNSG know immediately if you are unable to attend. A full refund of the deposit/studio fee is available when you notify CNSG 14 days or more prior to the start date of the workshop. Late cancellations (13 days or less before the start date) may be subject to the loss of the registration deposit depending on whether we are able to fill the spot with another participant. Studio fees are not refundable for workshops conducted by guest master trainers.

Chicago Northshore Gyrotonic reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, all paid course fees will be refunded.
